Seward & Kissel Recognized at 21st Annual M&A Advisor Awards as “Law Firm of the Year” and for Handling the “Financials Deal of the Year”

On November 15, 2022, The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 2022 M&A Advisor Awards at its 21st Annual Gala in New York City. The Awards recognize excellence, honor achievement and facilitate connections among the world’s leading dealmaking professionals. This year, hundreds of nominees, representing over 500 companies, became finalists for the awards, with an independent judging committee of 28 top M&A industry experts determining the ultimate recipients of the awards. Seward & Kissel and its clients were recognized in the following categories:
- Law Firm of the Year – Seward & Kissel
- Financials Deal of the Year – Acquisition of Reich & Tang Deposit Networks by Estancia (on which S&K acted as counsel to Estancia)
In addition to the Firm’s recognition in these categories, counsel Danielle Lemberg and Dora Pulido were also highlighted during the Gala, for their selection as M&A Advisor 2022 Emerging Leaders. This annual award recognizes the achievements of emerging leaders in the corporate finance and dealmaking industries, highlighting their successes and notable contributions to their industry and broader community.
