On April 24, Growth Catalyst Partners announced it had exited The Equine Network, the largest for profit equestrian-based sports league in the U.S., in a sale to CVC. This investment will be the first new league investment into CVC’s Global Sport Group (“GSG”), which will now hold stakes in eight unique leagues and competitions. Seward & Kissel is pleased to have represented Growth Catalyst Partners and The Equine Network in connection with this middle market private equity transaction.
