On March 20, 2023, Heidmar Inc. (“Heidmar”), a commercial and pool management business servicing the crude oil and refined petroleum product tanker market, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement for a business combination with Home Plate Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQGM: HPLT), a publicly-listed, special purpose acquisition company (“Home Plate”).
