The largely creditor-side practice has an established record in representing creditors’ committees and indenture trustees in bankruptcies; the team represented Matthew Dundon, in his capacity as the trustee for the Endo GUC Trust, as part of the Chapter 11 plan of reorganization for Endo International and its affiliated debtors.
